RSH Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our highest concern! If you are not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to return it within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging for a refund, credit or exchange. We're satisfied only when you are!

Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Our Return Address is listed below in the "How to Return" section.

We regret that personalized items may not be returned unless there is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect. Shipping charges are refunded only when we have made an error and shipped the wrong item(s) or when you have received a damaged or defective item.

Misprints
RSH has endeavored to ensure the accuracy of all information. We cannot, however, be responsible for errors or omissions.

We are happy to include a personalized gift message at no additional charge.

How to Return
If you wish to return an item, please do the following:

  • Immediately call Customer Service at 1.888 264 2592. We can save you time and money if you call us first for assistance! Please keep the original packaging materials.

  • Complete the back of the Packing Slip found in your package and enclose it with your return in its original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are refunded only when we have made an error and shipped the wrong item or when you have received a damaged or defective item(s).
