DELIVERY METHODS
Shipping and handling charges cover our expenditures for processing your order, packaging your merchandise to ensure its safety, and all fees and fuel surcharges included in transportation costs.

Standard Delivery - In-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days in most cases. Packages are shipped via our preferred carrier, UPS Ground. USPS will be used in cases where a physical address is unavailable. Furniture and monogrammed items do not come from our warehouse and are subject to different transit times.

Express Delivery - Expedited shipment is available for customers who need their order in a rush. Costs vary greatly based upon weight and destination so please call for details.

Furniture Shipments - Due to the bulk and fragility of our furniture, we ship larger items via freight service. Freight costs are calculated using our shipping and processing chart in addition to a freight surcharge unique to the product. We work with you and the freight company to make this process as easy as possible.

International Shipments - Please contact customer service for information regarding orders shipping outside the United States.

Prices - RSH reserves the right to change prices, policies and availability of products in this catalog due to errors in printing or changes in business conditions. Our prices are guaranteed through January 31, 2010.

Taxes - We’re required to apply standard sales tax to all TX, IN, OH and GA -bound orders.
