This product is great but what if the grandparents don't go by grandma and grandpa. It should be able to be personalized.

My 2 granddaughters who are now 7 and 5 still use this suitcase. They have had it for 5 years now and love using it. I am ordering another one because I now have a year old granddaughter and hope that she has as much fun and joy out of it as the others did.
